Paula is the VP, Tax & Treasury for Bayer Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of Bayer AG, a German based Life Sciences company. She has over 30 years of experience in Canadian tax, including corporate income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and M&A.

Prior to her current role, Paula held increasingly progressive positions in the tax departments of three multinational companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) registered with CPA Ontario.
