Thiago Figo is a legal and tax professional with over 25 years of experience. He is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law and a current accounting student. Thiago spent nearly 15 years at PwC, where he worked with large companies across multiple industries, including retail, aerospace, consumer goods, automotive, and engineering. His experience covers tax compliance, tax planning, corporate reorganizations, transfer pricing, and M&A transactions. In 2014, he joined C&A Modas, where he currently leads the Tax and Legal functions and played an active role in the Company’s listing on the Brazilian stock exchange (B3).
