Professor William Byrnes of Texas A&M University School of Law pioneered online education in the nineties. He leads the graduate program curricula for international tax, transfer pricing, risk, and wealth management that attract more than 200 professionals annually. He is the primary author of the Practical Guide for U.S. Transfer Pricing, Taxation of Intellectual Property & Technology, and Taxation of Oil & Gas Transactions, all published by Lexis. More than 1,400 of his articles have been published by financial and legal media such as National Underwriter Co. and ALM. Before academia, William Byrnes was an associate director of international tax & transfer pricing of a big six accounting firm.
