Profile

James joined Kaizen in April 2025 as Head of Engineering, and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in September 2025. He spent most of his career building and scaling the Unavista platform and services within LSEG.

Most recently he was UnaVista’s CIO looking after all aspects of change, testing & technology operations. He enjoys being hands-on, detailed in approach and solving problems in innovative ways and believes the best engineering solutions come from asking the right questions.
