Zhan is a Market Practice and Regulatory Policy Specialist at ICMA, with a particular focus on SFTR and regulatory reporting. She leads ICMA’s SFTR Taskforce, working closely with market participants and regulators to support the implementation and ongoing evolution of SFTR reporting requirements. Beyond SFTR, her wider areas of expertise include repo and collateral markets, central clearing, sustainable repo and the development of the China repo market, where she contributes to market practice and regulatory initiatives.
