Joel leads the commercial operations of Outlook’s first product launch in the US and EU/UK (ONS-5010). He is responsible for all aspects of distribution, third party logistics, group purchasing organizations, patient services, government pricing and reporting, contracting, sales operations, data and analytics, and field resources. Designing, building, and operationalizing the commercial infrastructure is critical to the long term success at Outlook Therapeutics. Outlook’s goal is to provide the best in class customer experience with unique offerings to allow increased speed to therapy for patients in need.

Joel is an executive leader with over 20 years experience in commercial operations, sales leadership, business development, and national account management in oncology, retina, and other specialty biopharmaceutical markets. He has extensive knowledge and expertise of GPO contracting in oncology, retina/ophthalmology, and in multiple specialty physician markets, with a proven track record of successful partnership in new drug launches.

Prior to joining Outlook Therapeutics in early 2022, Joel held various leadership roles at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), AMAG Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson (formerly Ortho Biotech). Joel earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
