Profile

John Harlow is our Chief Commercial Officer and has over 20 years ofbranded pharmaceutical experience, including commercial leadership roles inmarketing, sales, and operations. Before his role at Baudax Bio, he served asthe Executive Vice President of Commercial at Recro Pharma from February2018 to November 2019. He joined Recro Pharma as the Vice President ofMarketing in October 2016.

From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Harlow served as the VicePresident & General Manager of the Pain Business Unit for EndoPharmaceuticals. Before Endo, Mr. Harlow spent over three years at Shionogiin roles of increasing responsibilities including Vice President, Sales andMarketing and Vice President of Sales, Training and Operations. Beforejoining Shionogi, Mr. Harlow was a Senior Director of Marketing at KingPharmaceuticals where he oversaw the pain portfolio that was ultimatelyacquired by Pfizer.

Mr. Harlow spent over six years with NovartisPharmaceuticals in sales management and marketing leadership roles in theNeuroscience business unit.Earlier in his career, Mr. Harlow was an equity research analyst at MerrillLynch and a sales representative at Janssen Pharmaceuticals - a Johnsonand Johnson company.

He earned a B.S. in Biology from Lehigh Universityand an M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical Management & Marketing from The StillmanSchool of Business at Seton Hall University
