Joshua Guinter serves as Vice President of Channel Strategy and Product Access for Strategic Global Sourcing at Cencora. In his role, Josh supports the Cencora distribution businesses from a new business development perspective. He and his team engage with biopharma companies and product developers on new brand and specialty product launches within the U.S.

Prior to Cencora, Josh worked for several community and academic medical centers. He started his post-residency career at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in in-patient pharmacy operations quality and management roles, where he specialized in sterile compounding and regulatory compliance. Josh later served as the Director of Pharmacy for Virtua Health and the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters.

Josh earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from Wilkes University and an MBA from Drexel University. He also completed a two-year Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
