Kelly Swartzendruber, PharmD, CPPS, LSSBB, is the Drug Importation Program Manager with the Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy & Financing. She has provided leadership in program development, supply chain security and safety, DSCSA compliance, data analysis, and federal application writing, which includes the submission of the state’s multiple SIP (Section 804 Importation Program) proposals to FDA beginning in 2020. With over twenty years in the healthcare and pharmacy industry, Kelly brings a wealth of experience of the inner workings of both the healthcare industry and government policymaking. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University.
