Krystal Haynes serves as the leader of the Business Development team at ICS, where she leverages her extensive experience in healthcare and corporate strategy to drive growth, innovation, and customized solutions for clients.

Krystal began her career as a nurse, working for nearly five years in Pediatrics and Orthopedics at two major hospital systems in Columbus, Ohio. Her passion for healthcare and operational excellence led her to transition into the corporate sector, where she spent nine years at Cardinal Health. During her tenure, she held a variety of impactful roles spanning Medical Strategic Account Management, Pharma Customer Master Data, Enterprise Contracts and Pricing, New Customer Implementation, Continuous Improvement and Automation Strategies, and Global Business Development.

Since joining ICS, a part of AmerisourceBergen, in early 2022, Krystal has been instrumental in driving the organization’s focus on Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT). Her leadership has been pivotal in shaping strategies that enable ICS to meet the unique needs of this rapidly evolving market. She is passionate about supporting innovative therapies that transform patient care and advancing global health through tailored commercialization solutions.

Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Outside of work, she is passionate about improving global healthcare, indulging in confetti cake, and exploring new ideas through podcasts.
