Having mastered the entire drug development lifecycle, from research, development, manufacturing to commercialization, at industry leaders like Merck, Genentech, UCB, and Biogen, she possesses a unique 360° perspective that empowers her to architect and execute winning strategies, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. With a passion for improving lives, she has successfully launched and scaled multi-billion-dollar franchises across neurology, immunology, cardiovascular, and rare diseases, including the groundbreaking introduction of best-in-class and first-to-market therapeutics. These accomplishments include launching the first disease-modifying treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, leading the largest Multiple Sclerosis portfolio, and designing the clinical strategy for a groundbreaking therapy for rare autoimmune diseases. Noshi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and is pursuing to earn alumni status at Harvard Business School.
