Ryan Grimmett joined BioCare Inc. in July 2023 as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for LogiCare3PL. With more than 24 years of experience across a range of industries, including 3PL distribution, pharmaceuticals, specialty, and medical devices, Ryan has developed a strong track record in business strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Over the past nine years, he has played pivotal roles in establishing and scaling pharmaceutical 3PL operations. Most recently, Ryan served as Vice President of Strategy and Commercial Planning at Knipper3PL, where he developed market strategies, service offerings, and key partnerships that drove significant business expansion. Ryan holds a B.A. from the University of Miami, FL, and is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.
