Profile

Fiona Bonser is the Chief Customer Officer at Go Car Credit and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Responsible for all the company’s interactions with customers, with the focus on straightforward products and an easy, stress-free customer journey. Go Car Credit specialises in sub prime motor finance with the primary focus of responsible lending and understanding that anyone can face difficulty accessing credit from prime lenders.

Prior to joining Go Car Credit, Fiona spent a number of years at RBS working on bank-wide Vulnerable Customer initiatives and specialising in Debt Management. Outside work, Fiona has been a Listening Volunteer with Samaritans for a number of years.
