Ian Beardmore is the Co-Founder & Chairman of The Compliance Company, the group now comprises of two compliance consultancies, an e-learning platform provider and a regulated firm offering Appointed Representative status for both Consumer Credit and Insurance Distribution activities.

Ian is also a Director at the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants and was appointed Chairman in 2019. Ian has worked in the financial services sector since 2002 and in 2011 was awarded the Annual Finance & Insurance Achievement Award for his contribution to the motor industry.
