Louise is a Managing Legal Counsel, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at T. Rowe Price where her role is to lead T. Rowe Price’s work on public policy and regulation related to fund structures, investment advisory, and related policies. Prior to this role, Louise focused on global commercial contracts, market data and outsourcing and was seconded to T. Rowe Price in APAC.

Louise also has significant experience implementing regulatory change as part of a Bank Strategy and Structure team, where she worked as lead counsel setting up a new bank in compliance with ring-fencing regulations and then subsequently re-structuring the group in anticipation of a no deal Brexit.
