Marc Ricou is Executive Vice President, Commercial for Bosa Properties (BPI), where he is responsible for leading the company’s commercial real estate platform. BPI manages over 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate, including approximately 3.0 million square feet of light industrial space with over 120 tenants across Metro Vancouver, Victoria and the Fraser Valley.
Prior to joining BPI, Marc held various senior positions in asset management and development at QuadReal Property Group and its predecessor firm, Bentall Kennedy in both Vancouver and Calgary. Most recently, he was responsible for QuadReal’s development and acquisitions program in BC.
Marc has been involved in the asset management or development of over 9 million square feet of industrial space in Western Canada during his career and has been involved in the acquisition, asset management and completed development of over $7.0 billion of real estate across multiple asset classes.
