Greg is the Global Head of Architecture at XL Catlin. In his role he is responsible for architectural direction and driving technology innovation. He joined Catlin as Group Head of Architecture in 2011. Prior to this role he lead operational excellence teams for GE Capital and AXA UK before moving into technology. Greg has been the lead for XL Catlin on the B3i Blockchain Consortium since it joined in November 2016.
