Paolo Cuomo joined The Boston Consulting Group at the start of 2017 after eight years in the Lloyd's of London market, working for established companies and insurance start-ups (setting up both a new Managing Agency and Lloyd's Syndicate). At BCG Paolo works with carriers, brokers, insurance associations and technology companies developing and implementing strategies to support growth in their increasingly digital world.

In 2015 Paolo co-founded InsTech London, the world's largest insurtech association. He is a leading member of the global insurtech movement and is a vocal advocate for the role of technology in supporting innovation in insurance.

Moshe is an innovative and international transformer who is passionate about reinventing financial services. Moshe is Global Head of Digital Transformation, formerly Global Head of Innovation, at Generali, one of the largest insurance companies in the world.

Prior to these roles , as Deputy CEO and CMO of Migdal Insurance (Generali Israel), Israel’s largest insurance company, Moshe led client-centric and digital transformation programs, which included the deployment of multiple award-winning digital and mobile platforms for clients and distribution, as well as initiating strategic partnerships across the Fintech ecosystem.

Françoise Lamotte SVP, Head of Direct and Digital MetLife EMEA

Françoise Lemotte joined MetLife in June 2015, as Head of Direct Distribution and Digital for the EMEA region. In this role, she oversees the growth and profitability of the fast growing EMEA direct businesses, selling and servicing products to consumers both through sponsorships agreements and directly in over 15 countries; and is in charge of leading the digital strategy and transformation for the region. She is a member of EMEA Executive Leadership team. Françoise has over two decades worth of experience in the financial services industry, both in tranformational business leadership as well as P&L management, focused on direct distribution, digital and innovation. She has worked in Japan, the US and Europe, before joining Metlife in Dubai.
