Dan Chubey is the Managing Director, Winnipeg Brokerage responsible for developing and executing Colliers strategic priorities in Manitoba while leveraging the scale of Colliers national and global services. Dan provides broker of record oversight for the Winnipeg business as well as oversees brokerage operations, recruitment and strategic business development. Dan played an active role integrating the Colliers Winnipeg office with Colliers International and his focus is on leveraging our strong systems and technology to build for future growth. In 2023, Dan led the creation of the Colliers Debt Advisory group in Winnipeg and is also a licensed Mortgage Salesperson. Dan takes great pride in building strong collaborative and engaged teams that deliver optimal strategic outcomes for clients and strong financial results for the business.

Dan joined Colliers in September 2018 after a 15 year career with global brewing leader ABI (Labatt) where his previous roles saw him as a Commercial Director with leadership responsiblity for the business units of British Columbia, Ontario, and Manitoba.
