Don White, as a Co-Founder of Private Pension Partners (“P3”), has provided the leadership and direction for P3 since inception in 2010, serving as the President and CEO of the Asset Manager and Limited Partnerships. P3 is a private equity real estate investment company firmly rooted in Winnipeg which is focused solely on sourcing, developing or re-positioning, and then actively asset managing commercial and multi-family rental assets in Canada on behalf of our proprietary A+ REIT and Feeder Funds, family office, pension fund, and institutional accounts. Don also serves as a Management Representative, Trustee, and CEO of Apartment Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, which was launched in the fall of 2020 as a private real estate investment trust with the mandate to acquire and hold multi-family rental properties providing that it may also hold a maximum of 20% of its net assets in strategic street-front commercial properties.
