Franca Cerqueti has always had a passion for finance, real estate and meeting people. She currently holds the position Regional Manager – Prairie Region at CMLS Financial. Franca specializes in leading a team that provides creative and unique credit structures for commercial real estate financing on a variety of assets classes for privately owned development and real estate investment companies. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate financing across Western Canada and has extensive background in construction, development, bridge and long-term financing for mid-large developers and investors.
