Greg Rogers has been developing commercial and residential properties in Canada and the U.S. on behalf of private and institutional investors for over 25 years. More recently his focus has been on urban mixed use infill development with Minto, a major Ottawa based developer and Timbercreek a large Toronto based investment manager. Greg returned to his hometown of Winnipeg in 2019 to lead UM Properties’ program to redevelop a former golf course adjacent to the University of Manitoba into a mixed-use multi-family complete community.
