Ryan sources commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada focusing on KingSett’s Senior Mortgage Fund and High Yield Fund.
Ryan was formerly a Vice President, Mortgage Investments and Joint Ventures for Centurion Asset Management where he was responsible for sourcing debt and joint venture investments across Canada. Prior to Centurion, he was a senior account manager within the Royal Bank real estate markets group in Toronto. Ryan has over 20 years of mortgage origination and lending experience and a deep understanding of debt, development and construction projects.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
