With over 30 years’ shipping industry experience, Heidi has been CEO of Halcyon Recruitment, specialist recruiters within the shore based maritime and shipping markets, since 2008 and prior to that worked within the ship owning sector in commercial operations and quality assurance.

Heidi co-founded the Diversity Study Group (DSG) in 2018 to support the shipping and maritime industry’s need for greater diversity and inclusion. The DSG is a global diversity and inclusion benchmarking, networking and consulting entity for all organisations operating within the shore based shipping and maritime community.
