The tour takes you behind the production process entirely - from raw material selection through fermentation, distillation and bottling. At the heart of the distillery sits Claire, a copper still dating back to 1961, fully restored and still in operation. It's a rare look at how precision engineering and traditional craft sit alongside each other in a working distillery.

The visit closes with an exclusive tasting of Dstila's own small-batch spirits, produced in limited quantities and not available anywhere else. Whether or not spirits are your area of expertise, it's a genuinely fascinating way to spend an evening in Madrid!
