Anna Simansky is currently the Vice President, Global Audit Services at Zimmer Biomet, where she is responsible for the strategy, design and overall program management of audit and internal controls. She also has accountability for the company’s Enterprise Risk Management program as well as maintaining a world-class audit organization that provides assurance over the relevant audit landscape. She has a breadth of experience as she has worked across global multinational companies in varying industries, at different points of maturity and across a variety of Finance roles.

She most recently worked at Merck & Co., where she served as Associate Vice President, International Controllers. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director, Internal Audit and was responsible for execution of the global audit plan, providing business advisory services, and leading the development of early Finance talent.

She started her career at KPMG and has held multiple roles with increasing responsibility across Finance with Daiichi Sankyo Corporation, Honeywell, and C.R. Bard.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The College of New Jersey, and an MBA from Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
