In this role, Jennifer co-leads the firm’s national CFO advisory practice, where she assists clients with financial, operational and internal control issues, as well as pre- and post-acquisition accounting matters. She specializes in private equity owned and international companies. Her experience also includes financial auditing for large and midsized private and public entities, including those with subsidiaries in international locations, along with annual reviews, quarterly SEC compliance reviews and compilations.

Specific experience

• Performs internal controls assessments and assists in implementations of recommendations
• Performs process assessments and overhauls for efficiency as well as strategic process improvement
• Performs financial team assessments, overhauls and reorganization
• Performs pre- and post-merger and acquisition accounting-related tasks
• Assists clients in drafting financial statements, disclosures and consolidating multiple entities
• Assists clients in new accounting standard implementations, most recently ASC 606
