Course Overview

The Advanced Facilities Management course is a four-day, immersive programme designed for FM leaders who need to operate at strategic and tactical levels. The course blends analytics, asset intelligence, resilience planning, sustainability, and leadership to equip participants with the capabilities required to manage facilities in any sector estates in a high-risk,resource-constrained environment.

It will equip FM professionals, as well as those striving to progress within an FM context, with the strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities required to manage complex facilities, reduce risk, optimise performance, and influence organisational strategy.

Certification Requirements

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:

• Satisfactory attendance: You must attend all sessions of the course. If, for any reason, you miss more than two hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
• Successful completion of the course assessment: Assessments will be ongoing and based on in-class participation and activities
