Course Overview

The Advanced Facilities Management course is a four-day programme for FM leaders who operate at strategic and tactical levels. It covers analytics, asset intelligence, resilience planning, sustainability, and leadership to help you manage facilities in high-risk, resource-constrained environments.

The course equips FM professionals with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills needed to manage complex facilities, reduce risk, optimise performance, and influence organisational strategy.

Certification Requirements

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:

• Satisfactory attendance: You must attend all sessions of the course. If, for any reason, you miss more than two hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
• Successful completion of the course assessment: Assessments will be ongoing and based on in-class participation and activities
