Alessia is responsible for the development of impact policies, measurement and reporting at SLM Partners, while assisting with the development of new fund strategies and investment opportunities. She is based in London.

Alessia has broad experience in impact investing across both the retail and institutional investment landscape. She previously led responsible investment research at Redington, a UK-based investment consultant which advises on over $500billion of assets. As part of this role, she sourced and researched impact investment opportunities across a wide range of asset classes – both private and public – and helped her client base of pension funds, endowments, foundations and wealth managers integrate sustainability considerations in their investment process.
