Catherine has over 11 years’ experience in strategy and sustainability, advising financial institutions and global businesses across all aspects of climate strategy. At EcoAct she supports banks and asset managers target-setting, portfolio footprints, scenario analysis and disclosure, helping them to keep abreast of new developments such as transition planning and biodiversity risk. Before joining EcoAct, Catherine worked in strategy advisory, where she led sustainability programmes and partnerships for MNCs, including decarbonisation collaborations for some of the world’s largest emitters across the oil & gas, mining and heavy transport industries. Prior to this, Catherine was an investment consultant, working with asset managers and pension funds to implement investment strategies. Catherine is a CFA Charterholder, and holds an MSc in Carbon Finance from the University of Edinburgh, a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
