Fayyaz is the Deputy Director for Prudential Policy and Sustainable Finance in HM Treasury. He is responsible for the regulatory framework for sustainable finance, as well as the prudential banking regime, including Basel 3.1. Fayyaz has been at HM Treasury since 2012, and has broad experience across climate, financial services, and public spending.
