Georgi Stoev

Georgi Stoev is heading the securitisation team of EIF. Apart from being responsible for EIF investments in funded and synthetic structures, his team is also advising the European Investment Bank and other stakeholders for investments in securitization exposures across Europe.

Georgi has been with the European Investment Fund since 2009 and over the last 12 months together with his team, he has been responsible for over EUR 4.5 billion of new investments in SME, consumer and mortgage loan securitizations across 8 EU countries as well as Norway.

Georgi is an alumnus of the London Business School and holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
