Luiza is the Global ESG Reporting Specialist at Chrysal International B.V. in the Netherlands, specializing in CSRD compliance and ESG strategy.

As part of the Internal Auditing Team, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with the CSRD standards and delivering accurate ESG reporting. Her role involves ESG strategy development, planning and control processes, global stakeholder engagement, and action planning.

Before transitioning to corporate sustainability, Luiza spent five years practicing as a tax lawyer. She has also contributed to the ESG regulatory landscape, focusing on roadmapping and action planning for sustainability initiatives.

Luiza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (summa cum laude) from Brazil and a Master’s degree in International Business Law with a specialization in Climate Change (cum laude) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
