Dr. Fatima AlHamedi is a senior research specialist at Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council with 15 years in planning, organizing, directing and coordinate a range of activities in the laboratory, satisfying different sectors with testing capabilities and strengthening testing infrastructure to ensure the high-quality products in the markets.

In the last 5 years, Dr. Fatima focused on developing standards and conformity schemes to serve the needs of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and offering quality and conformity certification by evaluate the products and ensuring that the products are comply with the testing limits and specification which included in the conformity scheme in line with international standards.

Dr. Fatima holds PhD in environmental and food security, Dr. Fatima uses that experience to providing technical advice to the concerned partners and contribute and preparation of studies related to conformity schemes with the necessary recommendations and proposals.

Currently, she is working in Conformity & Standards Services Sector within QCC, where she focused on the quality infrastructure services sectors through active engagement with relevant stakeholders which includes public and private sectors experts as well as experts from academia.
