Dr. Fouad Lamghari leads applied research programs focusing on AI & IoT technology, Weather, Air Quality and Air Pollution Monitoring, Artificial reef, Corral restoration, Marine Ecosystem Conservation, Plants and Honeybee research and desert greening. In addition to his research endeavors, Fouad actively contributes to startup creation, and technology scale-up, and collaborates with global manufacturers, partners, and technology providers to ensure data technology and knowledge transfer are conducted according to international standards. Having made significant contributions to Aramco's billion-dollar projects, Fouad Lamghari is recognised as a distinguished Laboratory expert. He has successfully overseen the commissioning of world-renowned research centers such as the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and The Francis Crick Institute in London. Prior to joining the Fujairah Research Centre, Dr. Lamghari served as the R&D Manager at the DEWA R&D Centre located in the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. In this role, he demonstrated leadership in overseeing diverse areas of research, including Green Hydrogen, PV Testing, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, Power Systems, Smart Grids, Water Analysis, Experimental Desalination, Robotics and Drones and Building Performance. Dr. Lamghari's exceptional linguistic abilities enable him to communicate fluently in five languages. He holds a Bachelor of Physics, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Aix Marseille III, France. |
