Ragnhild has worked within food and feed systems for over 15 years and started within the Aker system in 2021. She is currently responsible for product management and sustainability for the feed ingredients in Aker Qrill Company, which includes RnD, innovation, marketing, and sustainability. Ragnhild holds a PhD in chemistry and an MBA in sustainable innovation. She has previously worked as a research director at a Norwegian research institute as well as in academia and start-ups on various biotech platforms. Ragnhild has worked extensively with science funding and commercialization, she acts as a mentor for start-ups, participates in EU and national advisory boards and holds board positions. Ragnhild is passionate about contributing to the realization of sustainable food and feed systems for the future.
