Tobias Menne is a seasoned entrepreneur, visionary leader, and passionate advocate for the power of data, AI, and resilient business models. With a strong foundation in both agriculture and technology, Tobias has dedicated his career to building service-oriented organizations that are future-ready—resilient, collaborative, customer-centric, circular, and economically sustainable.

He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at constellr, a pioneering space technology company that uses thermal and hyperspectral data from orbit to improve agricultural productivity and environmental stewardship. Tobias also contributes his expertise as a board member of cutting-edge ag-tech ventures such as Greeneye Technology and Aurea Imaging.

Earlier in his career, he led a large-scale farming enterprise in Ukraine and held senior global roles at BASF Agricultural Solutions, where he was part of the Executive Leadership Team. He also served as CEO of xarvio Digital Farming Solutions and chaired the supervisory board of ONE Smart Spray. Tobias combines entrepreneurial agility with deep industry knowledge to turn innovation into lasting, real-world impact—helping businesses thrive in a rapidly changing world.
