Gulf Aquaculture is a hatchery facility that was established in January 2023 on a private island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is part of Emirates Consortium LLC (“EmCon”), a UAE based Holding Company. Gulf Aquaculture specialises in the production of tropical marine fish, including the Red Snapper (Lutjanus malabaricus), Mangrove Red Snapper (Lutjanus argentimaculatus), and the Orange-spotted Grouper (Epinephelus coioides), and is supported by a diverse team of multiple international experts.
