Christilyn Graff, Senior VP and Head of Research at Mosaic, is a biotech leader with 20+ years in biologics drug discovery, specializing in protein and antibody engineering. Previously Senior Director at Biogen, she expanded the biologics portfolio in oncology, neurology, immunology, and fibrosis. Christilyn is known for optimizing R&D processes, integrating machine learning and data pipelining into biologics workflows, and managing external partnerships. She has also led initiatives to develop project leaders and foster inclusion in R&D teams. Christilyn holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
