Based at the DJS-AbbVie R&D hub in Oxford, UK, Dale is Head of Novel Therapeutics within AbbVie Immunology. His team works alongside the wider AbbVie R&D organisation to develop and advance novel therapeutic programmes targeting key nodes of inflammation, from inception through early clinical proof of concept.

Throughout his career, Dale has worked on antibody and small-molecule therapeutic programmes across immunology, oncology, neuroscience, fibrosis, and viral disease. He has contributed to the development of multiple antibody candidates through clinical development and into patients.
