Isabel ElliottPhD Student at University of SouthamptonSpeaker
Profile
Isabel is a final-year PhD student at the Centre for Cancer Immunology, University of Southampton, UK, under the supervision of Professors Mark Cragg, Jonathan Essex and Ivo Tews. Her interdisciplinary research uses integrative structural biology to understand how structure, conformation and dynamics affects the agonistic activity of immune-stimulating anti-cancer antibodies.
She completed her BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry at the University of Exeter in 2021, during which she undertook a year research placement at GSK R&D. Isabel hopes to pursue a Postdoctoral position after submitting her PhD later this year, and is interested in integrative structural immunology and antibody design & engineering.
