Isabelle PachmayrPhD Student at Max Planck Institute of BiochemistrySpeaker
Profile
Isabelle is a final-year PhD student at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry near Munich. Her research focuses on developing novel cell-based assays for super-resolution microscopy, enabling visualization of structural rearrangements in therapeutic antibodies upon receptor binding. Additionally, she works on site-specific conjugation and evaluation of antibodies and nanobodies for imaging applications. Isabelle’s background includes Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in Chemistry and Biochemistry in which she gained broad expertise in molecular biology, protein engineering, and microscopy techniques. Her work contributes to advancing imaging technologies for better understanding of antibody function at the molecular level.
