Lucas Picavet, PhD, is Senior Scientist Immunology at Gyes, where he leads multispecific antibody programs in immuno-oncology and autoimmunity. His work focuses on avidity-based design to enable selective and conditional immune cell modulation. Previously, he worked at Genmab on antibody discovery and engineering strategies, and at Gadeta on γδTCR engineered T-cell therapies, optimizing co-stimulation and T-cell persistence. Lucas completed his PhD at the Center for Translational Immunology (Utrecht), studying epigenetic and epitranscriptomic regulation of immune activation in autoimmunity.
