After earning a PhD in molecular design and complex assembly, Marco Preuss transitioned to industry and joined Lonza in early 2024 as Project Leader in Bioconjugates Process Development. He focuses on designing innovative, scalable, and manufacturable processes for antibody–drug conjugates and related modalities.
