Dr. Ching received her Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Georgetown University where she studied the role of a family of small G-protein effector proteins in immune cell signaling. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. She joined Ligand Pharmaceuticals in 2013.
