Laura Walker is an associate director at Adimab, LLC. She received her B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Ph.D. in immunology from the Scripps Research institute. At Scripps, Laura’s work focused on the identification and characterization of broadly neutralizing antibodies to HIV in the laboratory of Dennis Burton. More recently, her group at Adimab has been at the forefront of generating broad and highly potent neutralizing antibodies to a variety of viral pathogens, including Ebola, RSV, and Zika virus, which have applications in passive therapy and rational vaccine design.
