Myo Aye is working as a Managing Director of Coffee Generations Co., Ltd. and also acts as Chairman of Myanmar Coffee Association (MCA) which is a non-profit trade association working to increase the prosperity of all sectors of the coffee industry by providing Technical training, professional development education, local and international market linkages etc.

He is a Director of Mandalay Coffee Group Co Ltd which has the biggest coffee processing facility in Myanmar located at Pyin Oo Lwin, Mandalay Region, Myanmar leading the sustainable and consistent coffee quality production and innovation.
