About the Poster Presentation
Any TIDES Asia conference pass attendee is eligible to submit a poster for display onsite in the exhibit hall. Your poster will also be displayed as a PDF in the ConnectMe app for all attendees to view.
To present a poster, you must register for a Main Conference Pass + Workshop or Main Conference Pass with a Poster Presentation, and must submit your poster abstract by January 27 (our team will contact you with an abstract submission link once your registration is processed)

How to Present a Poster at TIDES Asia
Step 1: Register
To present a poster, you must register for a Full Conference Pass or Main Conference Pass and select the Poster Presentation add-on option.

Step 2: Submit Poster Abstract
Once you are registered with a main conference + workshop OR main conference only pass, a member of our team will send you a link to submit your poster abstract. Poster abstracts must be submitted by January 27th.
Step 3: Upload your poster PDF
Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an email with a link to upload the PDF of your poster. The deadline for uploading your poster PDF is February 10th.
