Atlantic Canada Commercial Real Estate Market: Innovations, Opportunities & Transformations In One Impactful Day
We are very excited to return to Halifax in-person for the 2022 Atlantic Real Estate Forum.
Co-chaired by Todd Bechard, Partner and Managing Director, RECan Global Group and Judy Wall, President, East Port Properties, the conference will be held on May 11th, 2022 at the Halifax Convention Centre. The sixth biennial Atlantic Real Estate Forum will provide valuable insights on the trends, issues, strategies, and opportunities within the Multi-Residential and Commercial Real Estate space.
At the 2022 Forum, you will learn the real story about migration to and changing demographics within the region, the strength of the Atlantic regional economy, its real estate market and how it is performing through both a leasing and investment lens. The fifth biennial conference, held in 2019, attracted over 500 real estate executives from across Canada.
The program will offer a wide range of speakers, presentations and panel discussions on migration to the region, demographic changes, the economic drivers responsible for the GDP growth predictions for the Atlantic Canada market; the major trends in the office, industrial, retail and apartment sectors; the pricing and availability of financing from the credit markets and key provincial planning and growth management policies in key cities.
The Forum will be targeted at the interests of real estate executives, brokers, developers, investors, asset managers, and other professionals active in the acquisition, leasing, financing, management, and marketing of office, industrial, retail, and multi-unit residential real estate from across the Region and Canada.
The Atlantic Real Estate Forum will help you determine what strategies to follow for 2022 and beyond.
We sincerely hope you will take advantage of this informative event.
